MODERN EST for contracting is a 100% Saudi owned contracting co. established in 1980 by Mr. Saleh O. Al-Johani and is based in Yanbu.We have been providing highly successful and professional services in the field of Civil and Mechanical construction & also in to the business of project support services to various prestigious and esteemed clients as Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission and other Public and Reputed Private Sectors in Yanbu, Jeddah ,and Rabigh .  

Services included construction of schools, Fabrication Erection of Steel Structures and maintenance of Office Buildings & also providing industrial support services.

Construction

At Present our firm have a total work force of about 250 personnel which includes Management cadre staff, Supervisory staff, Quality Assurance and control Staff , Safety and Loss Prevention Staff and different grades of semi-skilled and skilled workers for all the construction and maintenance disciplines.

The company operates on an In house quality management system and takes special care to meet project Specification, Industry standard and clients requirements.
